Here’s the kind of rig you’ll need to run Total War: Warhammer 2

Total War: Warhammer 2 is just a month a way, with a release date set for Sept. 28. Today, developer Creative Assembly released comprehensive details on graphical performance, as well as the technical specifications of the kind of computer you’ll need to run it with all the bells and whistles turned on.

RECOMMENDED SPECIFICATIONS
Operating System: Windows 7/8.1/10 64 Bit
Processor: Intel Core i5-4570 3.20 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Install size: 60 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2 GB | AMD Radeon R9 270X 2 GB @1080P
Anticipated performance: With graphics preset on "High" and running at 1920x1080 you can expect around 45-55 frames per second. That’s confirmed by Creative Assembly for the game’s campaign map and in one-on-one multiplayer maps with 20 units on each side.
MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS
Operating System: Windows 7 64 Bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0Ghz
RAM: 4 GB/5 GB*
Install size: 60 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 460 1GB | AMD Radeon HD 5770 1GB | Intel HD4000 @ 720p

Anticipated performance: With graphics preset on “Low” and running at 1280x720, you can expect around 25-35 fps. That’s confirmed by Creative Assembly for the game’s campaign map and in one-on-one multiplayer maps with 20 units on each side.
60 FPS+ SPECIFICATIONS
Operating System: Windows 7/8.1/10 64 Bit
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Install size: 60 GB
Video Card: Nvidia GTX 1070 8 GB
Anticipated performance: With graphics preset on “Ultra” and running at 1920x1280, you can expect 60 fps or more. That’s confirmed by Creative Assembly for the game’s campaign map and in one-on-one multiplayer maps with 20 units on each side.
It also included a handful of new screenshots showing off the near-final lighting and environmental details.
